Dole Whip Jello Shots Ingredients
You will need:

- 1 cup boiling water
- 1½ cups pineapple juice
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup vanilla vodka
PRO TIP: Different stores carry different-sized plastic shot glasses, ranging from 1.5 ounces to 2.5 ounces. Use what you can find, and just know that this recipe will make fewer or more jello shots depending on the size of your disposable shot glasses.
Substitutions and Additions
VODKA: The vanilla vodka really gives the jello shots that Dole Whip combo of flavors. You can use regular vodka or rum for this easy recipe if you do not have vanilla vodka.
JELLO: You can substitute plain gelatin packets (2 packets per 2 cups of liquid) for one or both of the pineapple jello packages if needed. In this case, you would only get the pineapple flavor from the pineapple juice. This is an option if you cannot find pineapple jello. I ordered my pineapple jello on Amazon.
PINEAPPLE: I like to get the little mini (6-ounce) cans of pineapple juice to keep on hand in my pantry. These are great for this recipe since 6 ounces is equivalent to ¾ cup of pineapple juice, and they come in a 4 or 6-pack. This way, I do not need to open a large bottle of pineapple juice if I am only using it to make a small recipe.
How to Make Dole Whip Jello Shots
PRO TIP: This recipe makes 24 shots. If you are making these for a larger party and need more, you can easily double the recipe.
STEP ONE: In a 4-cup measuring cup, whisk together the pineapple jello mix and 1 cup of boiling water until the jello is fully dissolved.
STEP TWO: Once the jello is fully dissolved, stir in the pineapple juice, sweetened condensed milk, and vodka. Whisk together until combined.

STEP THREE: Carefully pour the mixture between small plastic shot cups. Fill just under the top, so they don’t spill.

STEP FIVE: Just before serving, top each jello shot with a pineapple toothpick.
