White chocolate chip cookies combine the rich, creamy flavor of white chocolate with a soft, buttery cookie for a delicious treat any white chocolate fan will adore.

- ½ cup butter softened
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- ¼ cup white granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips plus more to top
Preheat oven to 375℉ and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Cream together the butter and sugars, either with a spoon or mixer.
Mix in the vanilla and egg.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in to form cookie dough.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Scoop onto the cookie sheet with your cookie scoop. (If you don’t have a cookie scoop: scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough, roll it into a ball, and place it on the sheet.)
Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Add extra white chocolate chips to the cookies right after they come out of the oven if you’d like.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
Cookies will cook and spread differently depending on the surface they cook on.
For best results, use parchment paper as instructed.
If you don’t have a cookie scoop: scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough, roll it into a ball, and place cookie dough balls on the sheet.
